William "Bill" Franklin Pauff

On Saturday, October 28th, 2023, William “Bill” Franklin Pauff, devoted husband, father, and grandfather, entered into eternal rest.

Bill was born on November 15th, 1958, to Frederick and Beverly of Bowling Green, Ohio.

He loved watching every sport out there, especially baseball and football. He was a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Notre Dame, where he also ushered for home games. He loved going to the casino, hunting, fishing, swimming in the pool with family and friends, and chocolate covered peanuts.

Bill graduated from LaPorte High School in 1977. He worked at Carpenter Company for 35 years where he managed the carpet cushion division.

He is proceeded in death by his parents, brothers, Joe, Bob, Jim, Gregg, and Glenn, his son Jeremiah, and his grandson, Malcolm.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl Lynn of 32 years, children, Tristin (James) Tubbs and Garrett Pauff (Stacie), grandchildren Gabriel, Prudence, Lennon, and Charlotte (and one on the way), sisters, Terri, Janet and Deb, and a brother Geoff.

Bill made friends wherever he went and was greatly loved. He will be missed tremendously.

The gathering of friends and family will be held Friday, November 3rd, 2023, from 4-6pm at the Billings Funeral Home Event Center (The Gathering Place at Centre 1231), located at the northernmost building on the grounds of the funeral home.
