Eloi Jimenez will officiate and burial will follow at St. Vincent Cemetery in Elkhart. Billings Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Elkhart have been assisting the family with arrangements.
Tio was a hard worker and enjoyed staying busy. He was employed at Norco Industries of Elkhart as a machine operator for almost 20 years, and before that was a farmer for the Evans Fruit Company in the state of Washington for almost the same amount of time. When he wasn’t at work, he kept himself busy working on and detailing his cars, spending time outdoors working on his yard or entertaining his family, whom he loved dearly. No matter what the situation, having the family all together was a big deal for Tio and he simply loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
Memorials in Tio’s honor may be given to the charity of one’s choice. Thank you for your interest in Tio’s life story!
