Kimberly "Kim" Stewart Life Story

Kimberly L. “Kim” Stewart, 54, of Bristol, passed away on Friday, August 27, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on October 2, 1966, to David Jordan and the late Cheryl (Mishler) Kirts.

Kim is survived by her life partner, Jackie Stutzman; children, David (Aanika) Papet, Nichole Papet, and Breannia Papet; 4 grandchildren; father, David (Vickie) Jordan; brother, Mathew Jordan; sister, Ronnalee (Michelle) Torgeson-Johansen; mother-in-law, Sally Bowan; and best friend of many years, Sarah Wood. She is preceded in death by her mother Cheryl Kirts.

In accordance with the family’s wishes, cremation was chosen and will take place at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. and Altera Cremation Services in Elkhart. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.

Kim was a loving, caring, and intelligent woman who worked as a Tax Broker for H&R Block for several years. In her spare time, she enjoyed solving her word searches while having a cup of coffee to start her morning. Kim and Jackie loved to bowl and were in a bowling league together for several years. They also would enjoy watching NASCAR together; Kim liked to cheer on Jeff Gordan. Kim was so proud of her children’s accomplishments, especially whenever her daughter, Breannia, would compete at the fair in horseback riding. She loved getting her nails and toes done as well whenever she had the chance. Her grandchildren meant the world to her and she was so glad to have seen them grow up. Kim will be missed dearly by her loving family and many friends.
