BRISTOL — Judith Ann “Judy” Stewart, 59, of Bristol, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 2, 2018, following an extended illness.
She was born Nov. 21, 1958, in Goshen to the late Robert L. “Bob” Kline and Matilda A. (Anglemyer) Kline, who survives her, and later married Stephen A. Stewart, who survives as well.
Also, surviving is her son Stephen (Katie Feldman) Stewart; siblings Pam (Tony) Moore, Roger Kline and Laura (Gary) DeJarnett and grandchildren Tyson, Stephen and Timothy Stewart.
Judy had worked in sales at Stag-Parkway, Inc. in Elkhart for several years, and also operated a Bi-Lo gas station as well. She enjoyed reading Danielle Steele novels, spending time with her beloved feline Brutus and playing cards with her friends and family. She enjoyed fishing with her husband and her dad when she was able to get around better, and her can-do attitude and indomitable spirit gave inspiration to all who knew her.
Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart will host Judy’s celebration of life services beginning with a visitation from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, May 7, followed by a service there at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8 with visitation starting at noon.
Pastor David Lade of the Bethel Assembly of God Church of Elkhart will officiate and burial will follow at Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Cancer Society.
