Douglas G. Fodrocy, 71 of South Bend passed away on Saturday January 1, 2022 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
He was born December 29, 1950 in South Bend to George and Anna Fodrocy who both proceeded him in death.
Douglas is survived by his son Clayton Fodrocy.
Douglas was a proud Purdue graduate and was a pharmacist in the Michiana area for many years.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place.
