Debra "Debbie" Marie Bilancio

Debra Marie “Debbie” Bilancio, 69, of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly Friday evening, November 25, 2022, at her home. Debbie was born on April 7, 1953, in Elkhart to the late Arthur Vincent and Alice M. (Hettsmansperger) Bilancio. Debbie was a 1971 graduate of Elkhart High School and worked at Schultz Insurance Company in the office for over 40 years. Schultz was sold, and she began a wonderful job at K & S Tool, working for Steve Trovatore. He sold his business and Debra retired. Debbie was a true animal lover of cats or any of God’s creatures. She was a beautiful soul; her family and so many others will miss her so much!

Surviving are her siblings, Ronda T. Bilancio, Paula Bilancio; brother Daniel Bilancio; three beautiful nieces, Kara (Dave) New, Theresa Castaneda, Tessa Gonzalez, and a nephew Richard (Mandy) Coffey whom she adored. Debra was preceded in death by her parents and sister Karla Bilancio-Gonzalez.

Per Debra’s wishes, cremation was chosen with burial and graveside services in April of 2023 at St. Vincent Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart, where condolences may be made online at www.billingsfuneralhome.com
