Mr. Brandon Duane Vinsant, 39, of Elkhart, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, July 26, 2021. He was born on Sunday, November 8, 1981 in Elkhart to Ron and Connie Ottman Vinsant of Elkhart., He was preceded in death by uncles Ben Ottman, Howard Ottman Jr, Ronald Ottman Sr, Aunts; Sherry Raley, Debbie Schott.
Left to cherish his memories includes Brandon’s daughter; Emma Vinsant, his father and Stepmother; Ron (Melinda) Vinsant of Elkhart, His mother; Connie Ottman Vinsant of Elkhart, a sister; Brandi House of Elkhart, two brothers; Brent (Hailey) Vinsant and Matt Powell and his special friend Christy Tice, all of Bristol, , his maternal grandmother Mary Ottman, his paternal grandmother Patricia Vinsant, aunts; Pauline Ottman Hiner, Kandi (Jeff) Gall of Syracuse, uncles; Earl (Nina) Ottman, Paul (Patricia) Vinsant, Jerry Schott.
Brandon believed in His Lord and followed his convictions... He was employed at Merhow Acquisition’s as a talented welder and also enjoyed following various artistic welding groups. During some home-schooled years he learned to read music where he learned to play the Bass Guitar, and thus further grew his love of music and also offering up his services as a D.J. He lived a quiet life and could quickly transform into the witty stand-up comedian and would be the life of a party.
Finally, we should mention that Brandon had numerous friends, and everyone he met was not a stranger.

The Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday July 30 at Billings Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service for Brandon will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, July 31, 2021 with Pastor Stanley A. Garland officiating at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514.
The graveside committal service will be held on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 10:00 am at Fairview Cemetery, 21415 N Main St Mishawaka, IN 46545.
