MISHAWAKA — Wesley F. "Wes" Will, 49, residing in Mishawaka, passed away Monday afternoon, Jan. 30, 2012, at Elkhart General Hospital after a sudden illness while at work that day.
He was born July 13, 1962, in Sturgis, Mich., to Franklin Wesley and Harriet (Wygant) Will. He married Donna Rae Kruszynski on Dec. 24, 2008, in Elkhart.
Surviving are his wife, Donna R. Will of Mishawaka; daughters Leslie Will of White Pigeon, Mich., and Jessica Kruszynski and Scott Griffin of Mishawaka; four grandchildren; a sister, June Brown of White Pigeon, Mich.; several nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law, Debbie Hancock and Darlene Meade; and his faithful Shih Tzu dog companion, Razzle Dazzle Will.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Leo and Harriet Harvey, father Franklin Wesley Will, son Chris Gragg and sisters Judy and Peggy.
Wes worked at Manchester Tank in Elkhart for more than 10 years. He was a graduate of Rapid River (Mich.) High School and was a former member of the Osceola American Legion Post 308. Wes was an avid Green Bay Packers fan and loved everything Harley Davidson. He was also an active member of the Michiana-Elkhart H.O.G. Chapter 2061.
Visitation for Wes will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. A remembrance service to celebrate his life will begin at 7 p.m. The Rev. Gary Sheets will officiate. In keeping with Wes's wishes, cremation will follow the service.
