Ms. Wanda Lee Holley, 63, of South Bend, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 3:10 pm. She was born on September 28, 1957 in Evansville, Indiana, and was the daughter of the late Hester and Viola (Smith) Oakley. On April 12, 1975, she married Tony J. Holley who preceded her in death in 2017.

Surviving are her children Tony E. (Kara) Holley of Cromwell, IN and Christy (William Carlson) Bailey of Avilla, IN; brother Charles Oakley of Elkhart; sisters Linda Marchbanks of Joplin, MO, Joan Oakley of South Bend and Hattie Gibson of Elkhart, and grandchildren Brandon, Rayanna and Levi Holley, Kaitlyn and Gabrielle Bailey and Mylee Johnson. A great grandchild is also on the way!! She is also preceded in death by siblings James Gibson and Vetta "Jean" Hoffman.

In accordance with the family's wishes, cremation is to take place and Wanda will be laid to rest next to her late husband, Tony, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola at a later date. Billings Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Elkhart have been assisting the family with arrangements.

Wanda was a bit of a sports enthusiast and enjoyed baseball, football and NASCAR. She also like to spend time with her family.
