ELKHART — Virginia Lee (Carney) Warner, 86, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Eastlake Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

She was born June 19, 1931, in Lebanon, Indiana, to the late Corden and Hazel Carney.

She married Gene Lamar Warner on Jan. 1, 1951; he died Jan. 7, 2015, after 63 years of marriage.

Surviving are three sons, Steve Warner, Allen (Linda) Warner and Stan (Janet) Warner; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.

No services are planned at this time.

Virginia will be laid to rest next to her husband in Olive West Cemetery, in a private ceremony.

Arrangements are under the care of Billings Funeral Home.
