ELKHART - Virginia Jean Snodgrass 65, of Elkhart went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 23, 2019. Virginia was born on March 5, 1953 to Arthur and Lillian Rasmussen. Virginia was a loving mother, wife, and Nana.

She is survived by her children Janell Lunsford (Patrick), Jeremy Snodgrass, and Joy Robinson (Rick); grandchildren Jayla Lunsford, Hailey Planck (Josiah), Jake, Hallie Snodgrass, Noah, Jonah, Wyatt, and Ellyana Robinson;  Her brother and Sisters, Rachel Jasper, Audrey Rasmussen, Joann Ulmer (Ewald), Kathryn Bruns (Kenneth), Arthur Rasmussen, Judy Scott (Al), Ruth Rasmussen, Cynthia Allen (Kenneth) and many nieces and nephews whom she loved.

Virginia was a member of Radiant Life Church. She loved God and her faith was not measurable.  She loved to be around her family.  She enjoyed her family Sunday meals they shared. She had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh.  She had a giving heart and would sacrifice anything for her family. She did this for years by working hard in rough factory jobs.

The family will receive friends from 12-3 p.m. Saturday, January 26, at Billings Funeral Home, where services celebrating Virginia's life will begin at 3:00 p.m. Pastor John Utley will officiate. Private burial will be Monday at Prairie Street Cemetery. Memorials are kindly requested to Radiant Life Church.
