Victor E. Hawks, 60, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, September 28, 2020 at Elkhart General Hospital. Victor was born on May 3, 1960 in Cassopolis, Michigan to Delbert L. and Lillie Mae Hawks. He is survived by two sisters, Karan Rose Hawks and Mary Lou White; and many extended nieces and nephews.  Victor was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Delbert Hawks Jr. Victor grew up in Cassopolis and went to school there. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1978 until 1984, and then served 2 years of reserve obligation till 1984. Per his wishes, cremation was chosen and burial will be at a later date in Fort Custer National Cemetery, Augusta, Michigan. Arrangements are under the care of Billings Funeral Home.
