Vicky B. Whicker of Elkhart, 71, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at her residence. She was born on April 7, 1948 in Elkhart to the late Clarence G. and Irene C. McCartney.

She is survived by her son, Sen (Betsy) McCartney; three stepdaughters, Michelle Gavarrete, Stacy (Ronald) Hartline, and Kimberly (Matt) Enfield; two brothers; 11 grandchildren; and 12 greatgrandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.

In accordance with Vicky's wishes, cremation will take place at Billings Funeral Home and Cremations Services of Elkhart. A private Celebration of Life gathering will take place at a later date. All memorial donations may be given to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, 1410 Waurika St, Elkhart, IN 46516.

Vicky was a very kind, generous, and artistic woman. She enjoyed arts and crafts, gardening, donating to charities, and creating spectacular arrangements. She loved to shop and always looked her best. She was quite the fashionista. She attended the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses and frequently joined the bible studies they held. Vicky will be missed greatly by her loving family and friends.
