Vada June Rogers, 85, of Elkhart, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Brentwood Assisted Living in Elkhart. She was born on April 25, 1940, to the late Russell J. and Ethel Mae (Sult) Robinson.

June is also preceded in death by her husband, James "Jim" Rogers; son, Kevin Rogers; and brother, Glen D. Robinson. She is survived by her son, Keith Rogers; grandchildren, Kevin Joshua Rogers and Ashley (Chance) Hagen; great grandchildren, Caiden, Hopelyn, and Grayson; and daughter in law, Kim Rogers.

In accordance with June's wishes, a graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeremy Sarber officiating at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 10776 McKinley Hwy, Osceola, IN 46561. Memorial donations may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, 50 E. 91st St ST STE 100, Indianapolis, IN 46209-4830.

Those who truly knew June would describe her as a sweet but "spicy" lady. She never met a stranger and enjoyed talking to everyone. When Jim owned Championship Barber Shop, she loved making all of the customers feel welcomed and chatting with the ladies that stopped in. Before Jim passed away, she was very active at her church in South Bend.

June led a simple life, kept a tidy house, and tended to her garden of many lovely flowers and plants. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and all who knew her throughout the community.
