Trina R. McCreary, 49, of Elkhart, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at her home.

Trina was born to Denver McCreary and Kathryn A. (Shay) McCreary in South Bend, IN.

Trina is survived by her sons, Matthew McCreary and Michael (McKenzie) Carter of Elkhart; her mother, Kathryn A. McCreary of Elkhart; her father, Denver (Patricia) McCreary of Port Charlotte, FL; sisters, Lisa (Timothy) Smith of Elkhart, Kathryn M. "Frankie" McCreary of Niles, MI; and Kathy (Bobby) Prince of Port Charlotte, FL; brother, Jerry King of Bristol; grandchildren, Everly, Chevy and Caden; and her beloved dogs, Bella and Bully.

Trina was full of life, outgoing and a free spirit. She adored the color pink and had a huge infatuation for ink pens. Most of all, Trina was very generous and would help whoever was in need. In her free time, she could often be found riding her beloved Harley Davidson with the feeling of fresh air on her face and the wind blowing through her hair. That was her freedom... her sanity!

A Funeral Service for Trina will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514 with Pastor Jeremy Sarber officiating. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the start of service from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Olive Cemetery, 61081 CR 3, Elkhart, IN 46517.
