ELKHART -- Tracey Allen Kidd, 55, died at 10:02 p.m. April 7, 2010, at home after an extended illness.

He was born Jan. 27, 1955, in Charleston, W. Va., to James and Alice (Stephenson) Kidd. He married Paulette (Lambert) Wyatt on July 29, 2000, in Elkhart.

Surviving are his wife; children Ryan, Tracey, Nathan and Brandi Kidd; stepson Troy (April) Wyatt of Sturgis, Mich.; stepdaughters Stephani (Frank) Miller and Nicole (Scott) Wiles, both of Osceola; brothers Mike (Betty) Wells of Charleston, W. Va., and Joe (Switlana) Wells and Erick (Nora) Kidd, both of Elkhart; sisters Drenda Coleman of Goshen, Joyce (Bobby) Miller of Cedar Grove, W. Va., Betty J. (Bert) Martin of Lakeland, Fla., and Mary Alice (Will) Bush of Cleveland, Ohio; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and his parents.

A service will be at 11 a.m. Monday with visitation one hour prior at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Cremation will take place. Burial will be at his West Virginia home.
