Todd Alvin Baugh
April 19, 1957 – April 7, 2026
Todd Alvin Baugh, 68, passed away in the comfort of his home on April 7, 2026. He was born in Pomona, California and moved to Elkhart, Indiana in 2007 after meeting the love of his life. Todd lived a full and vibrant life marked by his exuberant personality, generous spirit, and deep love for his family. He was preceded in death by his mother, Della Swindle-Reitsma, grandparent's, Osmer & Glady Swindle and we find comfort in knowing he is reunited with them and with his beloved pets, Dempsey, Turbo, Cooper, whose unconditional love helped him through many difficult times.
Todd is survived by his devoted wife, Lisa Baugh; his children, Nicole Roskos, Kathryn (Joseph) Ehlers, and Alexandria (Mykayla) Roskos-Neilson; good friend James Roskos and his siblings, Terry (Jim) Moon of Jurupa Valley, California, Rossanne Brockbank of Rialto, California, and Phil (Tiffany) Baugh of Groves, Tx.Todd was a proud grandfather aka Paw to Brina, Tessa, Franklin and Brooklyn, to whom brought him great joy.He also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews: James (Mindi) Moon, Kristina (Eric) Hans, Kyle (Shanda) Moon, Kortney Walker, Cory Gilroy, Elijah (Ruth) Baugh and Amelia (Daniel) Beeler. And their children: Austin, Wyatt, Chase, Trinity, Brayden, Roni, Rylee, Kayla, Trevan, Elvin, Daniel, Jaiden, Houston, Harrison (Bodhi) and June.
Todd worked in a variety of roles, including Bekins Moving Company, Budweiser Sales, Robertson's Transport, Bail Me Out Bail Bonds, Was a bus driver and dispatcher for Elkhart Community Schools, and in shipping and receiving at Altec Engineering Inc. His career took many paths, but each one was defined not by the work he did, but by the people he met. He believed that every job was an opportunity to connect, and he leaves behind a legacy of friendships that meant far more to him than any position he held.As a young man, Todd enjoyed playing baseball and football, carrying that love of sports throughout his life.
He especially loved watching the Little League World Series and The Masters. Todd was truly one of a kind—often the loudest and kindest person in the room, never shy to share his thoughts, and always full of life. He was strong-willed and outspoken, while having the biggest heart, so much that he was the first to offer the shirt off his back to anyone. While his love for his family exceeds all else.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Elkhart City Church.
