Obituary
OSCEOLA — Timothy W. "Tim" Gordy, 56, of Osceola, passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, at Elkhart General Hospital.
He was born July 11, 1960, in South Bend, to David A. and Patricia J. (Luebke) Gordy.
On June 7, 2003, he married Yvette D. (Boswell) Gordy. She survives at home.
Other survivors include 3 sons, Ryan (Kaye) Gordy of Mishawaka, Brett (Tiffani Smith) Gordy of Osceola and David (Chrissy) Talos of Mishawaka; 1 daughter, Kristina (Micah) Urban of Portage; mother Patricia J. Gordy of Osceola; 2 brothers, David C. and Phillip Gordy, both of Osceola; 5 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Tim was a self-employed building contractor for several years in the Michiana area.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the 1 p.m. funeral service Friday, Dec. 2, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart.
Pastor Brent Freel will officiate.
Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation in memory of Tim.
