ELKHART -- Timothy C. Windbigler, 63, of 2215 S. Sixth St., died at 11:20 p.m. Thursday (Aug. 2, 2007) in Elkhart General Hospital.

He was born July 24, 1944, in Elkhart to Carl and Ruth (McFarland) Windbigler. He married Shelly Casey on Nov. 14, 1987. She died in 2004.

He is survived by a son, Andrew Windbigler of Elkhart; two brothers, Ray (Lonnie) Windbigler of Elkhart and Vern R. Windbigler of Tulsa, Okla.; and one sister, Roena Willard of Elkhart.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Tim.

There will be no visitation and cremation will take place. Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Windbigler was formerly employed at Elixir Industries. He enjoyed fishing and doing crossword puzzles.
