MIDDLEBURY — Timothy M. Hofflander, 57, of Middlebury, passed away at Courtyard Healthcare in Goshen on Wednesday, July 13.
He was born Nov. 25, 1958, in Chicago, to the late Lawrence and Beverly (Dwortz) Hofflander and married Stacey Salisbury on Aug. 24, 2013, in Elkhart. She survives at home.
Also surviving are his "son," David Torrence; sister Kathy (Scott) Hofflander-White; sister-in-law Debbie Hofflander; nieces Brittany Petkovich; and nephews Michael Petkovich and Joe (Jackie) and Stephen Hofflander.
A family directed memorial mass will be at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 1108 Main St., Elkhart, at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 21.
Tim worked in security and law enforcement, spending more than 20 years with the Elkhart Emergency Management Agency, serving as their director for two years. Tim will be best remembered for his dedication to service to others.
Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart assisted with cremation arrangements.
