Thomas R. "Tom Cat" Reynolds, 68, of Elkhart, passed away on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at his residence. He was born in Elkhart on October 31, 1952, to the late Thomas Richard Reynolds and Rebecca Faith (Gillette) Reynolds, who survives him in Tennessee.

Tom is also survived by his loving wife, Mary Herr; daughter, Holly Smith; son, Adam Benn; grandchildren, Rebecca (Daniel) Kristine (Thornsen) Ebersol, Robert Thomas Thornsen, Brianna Rose Thornsen, and William Charles Smith; brother, Timothy "Timmy" (Rachel) Reynolds; and sister, Deadra (Tim) Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, from 12-2:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Michael Curtain to officiate at Abundant Life Church, 63983 C.R. 15, Goshen, Indiana 46526. Military honors will be rendered at prior to the service by the Goshen DAV Post 15.

Tom was a popular man with a larger-than-life sense of humor and disposition. He worked as a truck driver for many years and served proudly in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. Tom was a member of Abundant Life Church in Goshen for several years and would often attend with his wife, Mary. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle with Mary by his side. Tom loved to sing Karaoke where he was given the name "Tom Cat" and was fond of giving others nicknames of their own. He also enjoyed traveling with Mary, especially when they would take a cruise ship to many beautiful locations around the world. One of the most memorable trips the two took was when they went on cruise to Hawaii after their wedding. Tom will be missed greatly by his loving family and many friends
