Thomas Andrew Phoebus, 67, of Elkhart, passed away after a short illness at his home on Friday, April 25, 2025. Tom was born on April 21, 1958 in Elkhart to the late Jack Andrew and Evelyn Marie (Cleveland) Phoebus. He lived in the Edwardsburg area for many years until moving to Elkhart.

Tom graduated from Elkhart Memorial High School and formerly worked for Quality Plastics and Engineering. Tom was very patriot and served in the United States Navy from 1980 until his honorable discharge in 1982.

Tom is survived by his friend and caregiver Allison Davies, three children, Joshua, Jack and Sharon and other relatives and friends.

Per his wishes, cremation was chosen under the care of Billings Funeral Home. Tom will be laid to rest on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Ft. Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan, with full Navy Funeral Honors.
