Terron Devon "Nookie" Roby, 29, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022 in Elkhart. Terron was born on June 20, 1993 in Elkhart to Sharon Smith and Keith Roby.

Terron is survived by his two daughters, T'Asia Roby, and Ta'Naysia Roy; father Keith Roby; Grandmother Maggie Smith; Stepmother Carmella McGee-Roby; Seven brothers, Dejuan Campbell, Malik Dixon, Tyler Garner, Keith Roby Jr., LaRoyal Love; and twins Tyshon and Tyron Davis; five sisters, LaCheryl Smith, Sharnelle Campbell, Camelita Bevely, Candace Love and JJenae Garner. As well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends. His mother Sharon Smith, grandparents Barbara Roby, Horace Roby Jr., and Ollie Smith, preceded him in death. As well as two aunts; Earlene Williams, Sandra Smith, and a stepbrother Terrell Davis.

Terron was a very lively child growing up. He had a beautiful smile with an infectious laugh. His nickname "Nookie" described him completely. He was explosive in everything he did. He was going to "Come with it," whether you were ready or not.

He made the honor roll and had perfect attendance while in school. He loved sports, and ran track, played basketball, and enjoyed skateboarding. Terron also loved video games as well, because all his cousin's played games and they would stay up all night on the weekends until morning playing. As he matured and found his individuality, he kept his family as his center. He could always be found with either Malik, Tre, or Ant. Then God blessed him with his own family, and he had two daughters.

Funeral services for Terron will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, with visitation 1 hour prior on January 6, 2023 at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. Elkhart. Pastor Danny Brown of Pilgrim Rest Missionary Baptist Church will officiate. In honoring the families wishes, cremation will follow the service.
