Obituary
ELKHART — Teresa L. (Woods) Mulcahey, 50, of Elkhart, passed away Tuesday, June 7, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born June 30, 1965, in Elkhart, to Charles Emmitt and Edith Elizabeth (Belew) Woods.
Survivors include one daughter, Amber (Ben) Howdeshell of Wakarusa; one son, Joe Mulcahey of Mishawaka; father Charles Woods of Elkhart; one sister, Kathy Wing of Elkhart; one brother, Charles Woods of Elkhart; two grandchildren, Drew and Greyson Howdeshell of Wakarusa; and her significant other, Greg Lusk of Elkhart.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Woods, and her former spouse, Joseph F. Mulcahey III.
Teresa was employed at AACOA Extrusion Inc., in Elkhart, for several years.
She often enjoyed spending time gardening, working in her yard and taking care of the wild birds.
Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services, and a gathering of family and celebration of life service will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at 52290 Winding Waters Lane, Elkhart.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is entrusted with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the United Cancer Services of Elkhart County in memory of Teresa.
