Susan was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother whose family was her heart and soul. She attended Moorhead High School in Moorhead, MN before moving to Grand Forks, North Dakota. Susan later moved to Elkhart and worked as a general manager at the local Hacienda for 35 years. Susan was a proud hockey mom for nearly 14 years as she watched her sons play for the Irish Rovers with her husband, Tom, as their coach.
Susan and Tom did just about everything together. Motorcycle rides were their favorite pastime, and they would take Saturday and Sunday rides. Sometimes they would find themselves in Michigan where they would enjoy a delicious meal at Zimmy’s or would go wherever the open road took them. However, Susan’s greatest love was her family above all else. Nothing brought her more joy than to be with her children and grandchildren as she watched them grow. Susan will be dearly missed by her loving family and many friends.
