Susan Foster, 69, of Elkhart, passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at Golden Living Center in Elkhart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Foster, who passed away on October 10, 2021; brother, Thomas Davis; and sister, Dorothy J. McCraner. Arrangements are pending at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. in Elkhart.
