ELKHART - Steve A. Waugh, 30, of Elkhart, passed away at his home on Friday, Sept. 2, 2011.

He was born Jan. 26, 1981, in Elkhart.

Surviving are his parents, Ann F. (Waugh) Peffley and Edmond C. Sutterby Jr.; two sons, Shawn Ragsdale and Steven Waugh; two daughters, Candice Ragsdale and Arika Sutterby, all of Elkhart; six brothers, Bradley Sutterby and Brian Rouch of Plymouth, Dean Waugh, David Peffley Jr. and Jamie Peffley, all of Elkhart, and Brandon Tolliver of Corbin, Ky.; two sisters, Christy and Amanda Tolliver of Corbin; and several nieces and nephews.

Steve was employed at RC Industries in Elkhart as a machine press operator.

Visitation for Steve will be one hour prior to the 11 a.m. funeral service on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2011, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. Pastor Rob Berghorst of Willowdale Church of Christ will officiate. Interment will follow in Prairie Street Cemetery.
