Stephen "Steve" T. Evans, 65, of Elkhart, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025 after a brief stay at Woodland Manor.

Steve was born on May 20, 1959 in Chicago, IL to the late, Andrew Thomas Evans, Jr. and Patricia Mary (Cannon) Evans. He married the love of his life, Linda (Veich) Evans in Elkhart.

Steve is survived by his wife, Linda; brother, Andrew Evans and sister, Mary Evans; and his 5 beloved dogs, Happy, Hero, Mia, Ruby and "The Boss".

Steve was a skilled guitarist who had a passion for music. He had a collection of guitars and music equipment that he was extremely proud to own.

He enjoyed going out to eat with his wife especially breakfast and Mexican cuisine. He was known to take no guff and had a great sense of humor.

There will be no services at this time and he will be cremated.
