ELKHART — Sophia Affinity Howard Baltimore passed away at birth at 5:14 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, at Elkhart General Hospital.

Her mother, Natasha Anne Baltimore, and father, Jason Woolverton, both of Elkhart, survive, as well as sister Hailey Baltimore-Henney, at home; grandmother Tammy Baltimore of Elkhart; grandfather Joseph Phillips of Georgia; great-grandparents Howard and Gwendolyn Baltimore, Trudy and Thomas Norment and Sue and Charles Phillips; uncles Antonia Monroe of Elkhart and Joseph Phillips Jr. of Georgia; and one aunt, Lyndsay Phillips.

Family and friends may call for one hour prior to the noon funeral service Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. Elkhart. Pastor Dwight Gosser of New Life Christian Center will officiate. Burial will follow in the babyland section of Rice Cemetery. The family asks that memorials be given to the family.
