Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St. Anthony Baker will officiate services, and burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.

Mrs. Bieber was born to Ewing and Ifa (Freeman) Holt in Truman, Ark., on June 7, 1952. She married Joseph G. Bieber on Jan. 7, 1970, in Elkhart. He survives.

Also surviving are a son, Joseph (Stacy) Bieber of Elkhart; three brothers, Lester (Renate) Holt of Orange Park, Fla., and Leamon (Rickie) and Willard Holt, both of Elkhart; six sisters, Mary (John) Lauder of Myrtle Beach, S.C., Lois Henson of Joplin, Mo., Carolyn (Terry) Welles of Wakarusa, and Doris (Robert) Jewel and Darlene (Thomas) Ronzone, both of Elkhart.

Mrs. Bieber had worked as a paraprofessional for Elkhart Community Schools for 10 years.

She was a member of the Elkhart Moose and the American Poolplayers Association pool league of Elkhart.

Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association.
