ELKHART — Sherry Marie Skinner, 54, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born March 10, 1958, in Elkhart to Raymond C. and Beverly A. (Jenkins) Skinner.
Survivors include her fiancée, Bruce Dutton of Elkhart; son Trevor (Misti) Laughman of Elkhart; brother Mitchell (Lillian) Skinner of Ligonier; stepbrother Larry Wise of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters, Vickie (Dave) Lutes and Susan Brown, both of Elkhart; stepsister Monica Wise of Walkerton; stepmother Waneta Skinner of Walkerton; and two grandchildren, Jasmine and Sine Laughman, both of Elkhart.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Sherry was employed at Red Lobster in Elkhart for more than five years.
Graveside services will be at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Rice Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oaklawn Psychiatric Center, 2600 Oakland Ave., Elkhart.
