ELKHART — Scott H. Clevenger, 53, of Elkhart, passed away following an apparent heart attack Monday, Jan. 1, 2018.

He was born Dec. 27, 1964, to Gary M. (Patricia) Clevenger and the late Catherine L. (Lau) Clevenger, and is survived by his significant other, Deanne L. Corrighan.

Also surviving are stepchildren Kristy (Laramy) Jacobs, Kary Howell and Vernon Gove; six stepgrandchildren; siblings Gary L. (Cyndie) Clevenger and Lori (Tim) Baughman; nieces and nephews Brooke (Mike) Schifferl and Sydney, Curtis and Derrick Baughman, and several great-nieces and nephews.

Scott worked in the local RV industry for more than 20 years.

He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, listening to music and spending time with his friends and family.

A celebration of Scott's life will take place at a later date.

Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart has been assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
