ELKHART — Sage Love Tacy, infant, passed away at Elkhart General Hospital at 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, just two hours after her birth earlier that day.

She was the daughter of Devin M. Tacy and Jessica S. Oehlers, both of Elkhart.

Also surviving are Sage's brothers, Isaac Oehlers and Phoenix Lentz, both of Elkhart.

A memorial service for Sage will take place at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Elkhart at 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, 2013, with visitation beginning there for one hour prior. Pastor Tom Defries will officiate. In accordance with the family's wishes, Sage has been cremated.

Arrangements have been placed under the care and direction of Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart.
