She was born Feb. 2, 1933, in Fort Wayne to Ralph V. and Donna M. (Brenner) Klein.
Ms. Crume is survived by two sons, Ralph W. (Debbie L.) Crume of Middlebury and Timothy M. (Joanie) Crume of Osceola; one daughter, Michele (Bobby L.) Griffith of Payson, Ill.; seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one brother, Ralph Klein of Vero Beach, Fla.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Charles J. Klein, and one sister, Donna J. McCann.
Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Friday at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, with the service to follow at noon. Pastor Rick Pirtle of Riverview General Baptist Church will officiate. Entombment will follow in Chapel of Hope Mausoleum, Rice Cemetery.
Ms. Crume retired from Markley Enterprise Inc., Elkhart, after 10 years of service in production. Since 1998, she was a volunteer with the Council on Aging. She enjoyed gardening, refunding and watching and feeding birds. She was an avid NASCAR fan whose favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt.
