ELKHART - Roxanne L. Stinnett, 35, of Elkhart, died at 9:05 a.m. Saturday (April 7, 2007) at the Hospice House in South Bend. She was born Aug. 2, 1971, in Niles, Mich., to William L. and Linda K. (Horner) Stinnett. She is survived by three brothers, William (Dana) and Russell (Cathie) Stinnett, both of Edwardsburg, Mich., and Richard Stinnett of Cassopolis, Mich.; her parents, William and Linda, also of Cassopolis; and her grandparents, Donald Benjamin of Niles and Helen Miller of Baldwin, Mich. She was preceded in death by one son, William Russell Stinnett. A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday at the First Church of Christ, Christian, 2240 Yankee St., Niles. Pastor Kevin Greenlee will officiate and Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Stinnett had been employed as a phlebotomist at the Elkhart Clinic and was formerly employed at Taco Bell as a shift manager and Accra Pac, working in quality control. She was a member of the Daughters of America, Abate and First Church of Christ, Christian, in Niles. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, reading books, spending time with her immediate family and, most importantly, being with her nieces and nephews. She was a 1990 graduate of Edwardsburg High School and graduated in May 2003 from Ivy Tech. Memorials may be given to the Hospice House or to the First Church of Christ, Christian, Niles.
