Roxanne Norment-Shrock, 68, of Elkhart, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at her home.

Roxanne was born on January 11, 1956, in Elkhart, IN to the late William Alton Norment and Frankie Madeline (Carr) Norment.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Frankie, and granddaughter, Katelyn Marie Norment.

Roxanne is survived by her son, William "Henry" (Teresa) Norment; grandsons, William "Tyler" Norment (Kirstin Larson) and Anthony David Norment (Cassy Griffin); 2 great grand nieces; brother, Andy (Patricia) Norment; close cousin, Michelle (Alan) Butrick; niece, Angie (Jeremy) Maki; great nieces, Mikayla and Breylyn and 2 great great nieces.

Roxanne was employed at Modular Plastics, Glaville Upholstery and Actia retiring in 2018. She enjoyed dancing at the VFW and playing darts. Roxanne could be found at the local auctions and watching the hummingbirds in her yard.

Roxanne enjoyed hearing her son, Henry's adventures as he travelled around the country.

Roxanne was an independent and hard-working women whom always provided for her family. Although she could be stubborn at times, it was all out of love for her friends and family.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at Olive West Cemetery, 61081 C.R. 3, Elkhart, IN 46517 with Pastor Rick Pirtle officiating.

Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514 is assisting the family.
