Obituary
ELKHART -- Rosemary H. Kendzior, 70, of Elkhart, died at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday (Feb. 23, 2011) at Elkhart Hospice House.
She was born Oct. 8, 1940, in Detroit to Chester and Helen (Nasal) Kendzior Sr.
Surviving are daughters Laura McCreary of Elkhart and Dabeda Grow of South Bend; son Brian (Susan) Grow of Chattanooga, Tenn.; grandchildren Kristin McKee and Phillip Page; great-grandchildren Braden Ellsworth and Taven McKee; brother Chester (Joan) Kendzior Jr. of Naples, Fla.; and sister Donna Marie (Dan) Oakley of Bristol.
Rosemary was a homemaker and enjoyed reading.
Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart. A memorial service will take place at 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Glenn Kohrman, pastor of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church, will preside.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice Care, 111 Sunnybrook Court, South Bend.
