Rosemarie Darrah, 66, residing in Elkhart, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022, in the comfort of her home surrounded by love and family. Rose was born on October 7, 1955, in LaPorte, Indiana to the late Jim Cavinder and Donnita M. "Doni" (Wolff) Soos. She married her true love Neil W. Darrah on September 10, 1988, in a beautiful ceremony in Elkhart. Surviving is her husband of 33 years, Neil; two daughters, Jenifer "Jen" (Rick) Westminster, Kristi Price; four loving grandchildren; Skye and Marley Westminster, Coy Price and Annabella Gawthrop; brother Jim (Kathy) Cavinder; and sister Kathy Cooke.

Rose was a 1974 graduate of Elkhart Memorial High School. Rose formerly worked in the office at Alliance Plastics, and Dr. Mishkin for 17 years, where her warm smile and caring personality put many patients at ease over the years. Rose was also the owner of Microform Corporation. And a volunteer with Make-A-Wish.

Rose had a large close group of friends, who cared about each other and enjoyed getting out and doing things together. She loved being on the water, boating with Neil and friends, and enjoying the warm air and sunshine. She also enjoyed making crafts, but most importantly, spending time with her loving family.

A celebration of life gathering for Rose will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at Elcona Country Club, 56784 CR 21, Bristol, IN 46507. Please join with her family to laugh, cry and share memories and stories of a beautiful soul, who is loved and missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Make-A-Wish - Oio, Kentucky, Indiana, 6201 Corporate Drive, Suite 100, Indianapolsi, IN  46278, an organization she felt strong about and supported.
