Obituary
He was born June 3, 1924, in Elkhart.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Henderson of Bristol and Gary Henderson of Bradenton, Fla.; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Henderson; one daughter, Sandy Miller; and one son, Greg Henderson.
Bob served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II in the European Theater. He was employed as a driver with Day's Transfer in Elkhart for nearly 45 years prior to his retirement.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 10, in Rice Cemetery. Military honors will be rendered by the U.S. Air Force and DAV Chapter 19.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is in charge of arrangements.
