ELKHART — Robert L. "Bob" Cram, 74, of Elkhart, passed away at 5:50 a.m. Aug. 2 at Woodland Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Elkhart following an extended illness.
He was born in Detroit on March 10, 1941, to the late John E. and Frances (Walworth) Cram.
Surviving are his former spouse, Linda K. Cram of Elkhart; his children, Deverie, Derek and Daniellie; six brothers and sisters; and several grandchildren.
In accordance with his wishes, Bob is to be cremated. His remains will be buried at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, in Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen.
Arrangements have been placed under the care and direction of Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart.
Bob worked in several area restaurants as a cook and a maintenance man in years past. He had a wry sense of humor and loved to make people laugh. He was an avid Detroit Lions and Notre Dame Fighting Irish football fan. He enjoyed wearing silly holiday hats for each holiday.
