ELKHART — Rickie Allen Filbert, 63, of Elkhart, passed away Sunday, Sept. 18, at the Elkhart Hospice House.
He was born Nov. 3, 1952, in South Bend, the son of William C. and Fay J. (McGary) Filbert.
Survivors include his daughter, Brooke (Robert) Wells of San Tan Valley, Ariz, one granddaughter, Izabel Wells and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sharon K. Kidder.
Rickie was employed for several years as a salesman in the RV industry. He was a member of the Goshen Moose Lodge, VFW No. 985 and the Goshen DAV 15.
No public services will be held and cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services.
Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, is entrusted with arrangements.
