Mr. Richard Lowell "Rick" Powers, 74, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital following a brief illness.

He was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on July 28, 1947 to the late Russell L. and Annie K. (Warden) Powers and is survived by his children Dawn Nichols of Elkhart, Dean Powers of Taylor, Michigan, Cecilia Longini of Lincoln Park Michigan, Richard Brujitski of Michigan, and Tammy Lowe. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Rick worked for many years at a coil coating facility and was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He loved camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Billings Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Elkhart are grateful to have been selected by the Powers family to assist in Rick's cremation arrangements.
