ELKHART — Rhonda J. Sutterby, 54, of Elkhart, was found passed away in her home after an extended illness at 6:35 p.m. Saturday, June 29, 2013.
She was born in Elkhart on April 21, 1959, to Roland G. Sutterby of Princeton, Ky., and the late Barbara J. (Curtis) Sutterby.
Surviving are her children, David L. and Starr M. Sutterby and Cheyenne K. Bumpus, all of Elkhart; brothers Jeff (Kim) Sutterby of Elkhart and Ronald Sutterby of Lake Station; half-brothers Roland (Brenda) Williams of Elkhart and David (Susan) Williams of Kentucky; sister Peggy Allman of Elkhart; and four grandchildren.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Stanley Sutterby, and a sister, Linda Foulk.
In accordance with the family's wishes, Rhonda's body is to be cremated. A memorial service will be at a later date.
Arrangements have been placed under the care and direction of Billings Funeral Home of Elkhart.
Rhonda worked many years in the local RV industry. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her friends.
Memorial donations may be given to the family.
