RaNay Kathleen Wilmore, 81, a lifelong resident of Elkhart, passed away Tuesday evening, August 17, 20201 at the home of her son Terry, with her family at her side. RaNay was a daughter of the late Robert H. and Helen P. (Cripe) Wilmore Sr. In addition, too her parents, two brothers David C "DC' Wilmore and Robert H. Wilmore Jr. preceded her in death.

Surviving is her son Terry W. (Sherry) Wilmore and his twin, daughter Teresa L. Sherrill; as well as 4 loving grandchildren, Suzanne "Suzzy" (Jim) Kilcoin, Stephanie and Amanda Wilmore, Jocelyn Kreuter; also 3 great grandchildren Violla Wilmore, Charles and Winnie Kilcoin.

RaNay was a proud 1957 graduate of Elkhart High School, where she played the baritone in the band. She went on to work at Vincent Bach, as a saxophone cleaner and early in her career there, she ran a kick press.  RaNay was a member of Grace Baptist Church. She enjoyed collecting salt and pepper shakers and working on crafts. She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed watching and cheering them on as they participated in the many school sports over the years.

A private family viewing will be held prior to the 3:00 p.m. Monday graveside service at Olive East cemetery. Pastor Ben Holderman will officiate. The family kindly request memorial donations to Grace Baptist Church. Condolences may be made online at www.billingsfuneralhome.com
