SOUTH BEND — Rachel N. Jackson, infant daughter of the Rev. Carl D. and Elika A. Jackson of Elkhart, died shortly after birth on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2012, at 10:25 a.m. at Memorial Hospital, South Bend.
