ELKHART — Phyllis York, 78, of Elkhart, passed away at 9:59 a.m. Nov. 1, 2013, at Elkhart Rehabilitation Center, where she has been a resident since 2003.
Phyllis was born June 3, 1935, in Piolet, Ill.
Her daughters, Shawna Moore and Ronda Tomkins, survive her.
Cremation will take place at Altera Cremation Services under the care and direction of Billings Funeral Home. Her cremated remains will be buried in Little Pine Cemetery in Goshen.
