Phillip Edward Howard, 67, residing in South Bend, passed away Saturday, January 27, 2024 at his home. Phil was born in Niles, Michigan on March 7, 1956 to the late Joseph N. and Dorothy (Vaughn) Howard. He is survived by his siblings, Kenneth (Diane) Howard, Joel (Karen) Howard, Joseph (Anna) Howard, ½ brother Bill (Marty) Jann, Marguerite Howard, and Louise (Gerry) Kujawa; as well as many nieces and nephews. No visitation or services are scheduled at this time, Cremation was chosen under the care of Billings Funeral Home, Elkhart. Burial will be at a future date in Silverbrook Cemetery, Niles, MI.
