Philip David Tremblay Jr., 77, died Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at his home. He was born on March 1, 1942 in Springfield, Mass to the late Philip D. Tremblay Sr. and Dorothy Mae (Feathler) Tremblay. He married Betty Sue Mullins, she passed on November 27, 2018. Surviving are children, Susie Tremblay-Brown, David Tremblay, Paul Tremblay and Philip D. Tremblay III; 5 grandchildren; 3 sisters, Phyllis (David) Hess, Cheri (Jim) Proctor and Cecile Nettleton; also several nieces and nephews survive as well.

In addition to his wife, a sister Beatrice Davila preceded him in death.

Philip and his wife Betty Sue were owner-operator truck drivers for over 32 years. He served his country honorable in the United States Air Force

In accordance with his wishes, cremation was chosen.
