Paul Nathan Hochstetler, 64, of Elkhart, passed away Monday, February 27, 2023 at Elkhart General Hospital after an extended illness. Paul was born on November 12, 1958 in Red Lake, Ontario, to Noah and Loretta (Bontrager) Hochstetler. Paul is survived by his parents, Noah and Loretta Hochstetler, four siblings, Conrad (Janet) Hochstetler, sisters, Grace (Ron) Sautter, Rachel (Bruce) Vander Werf, and Julie (Dan) Vanoss; also surviving are 18 nieces and nephews, and 22 great nieces and nephews. Paul was a graduate of Bethany Christian High School. Paul had a passion for economics. He also spent much time in prayer, reading God's word and listening to music. Paul had the gift of giving and found fulfillment in giving generously.

Services celebrating Paul's life will begin at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 3, 2023, with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a.m.  at Billings Funeral Home, 812 Baldwin St., Elkhart, IN 46514.  Pastor Nancy Rodriguez Lora will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date at Clinton Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Paul's family kindly request memorials to the Jesus Film Project, 100 Lake Hart Drive, Dept. 3100, Orlando, FL 32832.
