MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. — Paul L. Hibshman, 84, formerly of Elkhart, Ind., died peacefully in his home Thursday, Aug. 22, 2013, in McMinnville after losing his fight with cancer.
Paul is survived by his wife, Dorothy Hibshman; and four children, Linda (Roger) Caudle, Paul Hibshman Jr., Judy (Steve) Green and Michael Hibshman. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Anthony Caudle, Aimee Green, Nicole (George) Bryerton, Stevie Hibshman and Suzie Hibshman; two great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Melissa Caudle; and his sister-in-law, Mary Hibshman.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond, Frank, Harold, Charles and Kenneth Hibshman; and his sister-in-law, Jackie Hibshman.
Paul was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed having cookouts with family and friends. He was a loving husband and father and he will be missed.
A graveside service for family and friends will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2013, in Rice Cemetery.
Billings Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Pet Refuge of Mishawaka.
